  13. I do not commit credit card fraud. I just made up this scheme
  14. because I was bored. However, I do possess some morals.  I
  15. called American Express to see if they'd have a reward for
  16. anyone finding a loophole in there system. I was going to
  17. tell them the loophole, get a reward and keep my mouth shut
  18. about what I found. Well American Express didn't seem to
  19. interested in what I discovered. In fact there "Special
  20. Investigation Division" didn't even believe me. Now that really
  21. burns me. In fact that got me really pissed. Since AMEX didn't
  22. seem to interested in this information, I thought that all you
  23. junior credit card frauders would. As for AMEX, they can kiss my
  24. ass.

  26. Sorry about 'Xing' out all the account numbers in this file. But
  27. I just want to keep myself out of legal hassles.

  29.   About the System:
  30.      My system for making cards is the ONLY system that IS
  31. 100 PERCENT EFFECTIVE. Out of the 22 cards I made, all
  32. worked. 2 cards did not pass the authorization. This was
  33. because they were reported as lost after the date on my
  34. cancellation bulletin. But the 2 cards would have been good
  35. had they not have been lost.

  37. Materials Needed:
  38.  - American Express "Cancellation Bulletin"
  39.    (You can get these from almost any store. If you're really
  40.     into carding, I suggest even attempting to BUY the book
  41.     from an employee. )

  43.  - Brain (You don't need much of one to follow my system)
  44.  
  45. About all these other card hacker programs:
  46.  
  47.                In a nutshell: THEY DON'T WORK!
  48.      If you have one of these programs, throw it away. All
  49. these programs do is spit out a randomly generated number
  50. that doesn't mean shit.
  51.  
  52. How AMEX makes there cards:
  53.      American Express made a big fuckup in there account
  54. algorithm. Let me demonstrate.
  55.  
  56. 37XX XX XXXX 61006
  57. 37XX XX XXXX 01007
  58. 37XX XX XXXX 71007
  59. 37XX XX XXXX 81000
  60. 37XX XX XXXX 81012
  61.  
  62.      Notice the last FIVE digits in the numbers. You'll
  63. see that the second number is almost always a 1 followed by
  64. two zeros. In other words the number 100 is almost ALWAYS in
  65. the middle of the series of five numbers. But look at the
  66. last number. In the middle you have a 101 and not a 100. Why
  67. is that? Let me tell you why. It's because AMEX made a bad
  68. mistake which I picked up on...

  74.      Notice these two numbers. They are almost identical
  75. except for the last 2 digits. You see AMEX can't have two
  76. identical card numbers can they? Of course not because then
  77. who would they bill? What AMEX did instead was this...

  81. They changed the damn zero to a 1 and made a new check digit
  82. for the end!! If you don't know what a check digit is. Get
  83. Dr. Cyclops file on the "Mod 10" method of check digits. If
  84. you can't get a hold of the file you can still make a valid
  85. card number. Here's what you do...
  86.  
  87. Look in your cancellation book for a number similar to the
  88. one above. Make sure that within the last 5 digits the number
  89. 101 is in the middle. Now do this....
  90.  
  91. Before - 37XX XX XXXX 81015
  92.  
  93. After  - 37XX XX XXXX 81005
  94.                          ^
  95. Change the 1 to a 0. Now to the number on the end add 2.
  96.  
  97. 37XX XX XXXX 8100(5+2)  = 37XX XX XXXX 81007

  100. Now you have a valid card number:  37XX XX XXXX 81007
  101.  
  102. You'll notice that the card number just made matches the
  103. Card A listed above. That is because those two cards were
  104. cancelled together. Therefore in the cancellation bulletin
  105. you'll want to look for a card number in the format:
  106.  
  107.     XXXX XX XXXX X101X
  108.  
  109. Then you'll want to make sure that there is not an identical
  110. card with the number:
  111.  
  112.     XXXX XX XXXX X100X
  113.  
  114. Right above or below it.  You see AMEX would not have made
  115. the card number XXXX XX XXXX X101X unless there was already a
  116. duplicate card number in existence! That alone makes my
  117. system 100 percent effective. There is no way that the card
  118. can't exist because it's XXXX XX XXXX X101X counterpart
  119. WOULDN'T, COULDN'T, AND WON'T exist without a
  120. XXXX XX XXXX X100X number being right next to it in there
  121. account system!

  123. Once Again:
  124.    In short do the following:
  125.  
  126. X- Number
  127. C- Check Digit
  128.  
  129. 1) Find a card number in the following format:
  130.  
  131.    XXXX XX XXXX X101C
  132.  
  133. 2) Change the 101 to a 100 :
  134.  
  135.    XXXX XX XXXX X100C
  136.  
  137. 3) Add TWO to the CHECK DIGIT IN THE CARD:
  138.  
  139.    XXXX XX XXXX X100(C+2)
  140.  
  141. 4) Call for authorization.
  142.  
  143. It's that easy! If you can add you can do it. Just make sure
  144. the number 101 is in the middle of the series of 5 and you
  145. can do this trick.

  147. But suppose the last 5 digits in the card number are the
  148. following:
  149.  
  150. XXXX XX XXXX 81019
  151.  
  152. If you add 2 to the check digit 9 you get 11! No problem. Just
  153. drop the 1 in the tens place so you get this:

  155. XXXX XX XXXX 81001
  156.  
  157. Now you have a valid number.
  158.  
  159. Remember this is 100 percent effective! No one else can say that
  160. about there system. No one. So get a cancellation book and make
  161. up a whole list of cards. It takes about 10 seconds to make a
  162. card with my system so enjoy!

  164. Final note here. Yes there are other ways to "Play the numbers"
  165. with AMEX. So go see if you can find them like I did!
  166.  
  167. As for American Express. If there security agents are reading
  168. this, let me offer a cheap solution...
  169.  
  170. 1) GET RID OF THOSE USELESS CANCELLATION BULLETINS!!
  171.    No one fucking uses them! (Except people like me!)
  172.  
  173. 2) REQUIRE that a valid expiration date be given with each
  174.    authorization. That way you can keep your damn bulletins.
  175.    You see my system just makes the account number. I can't make
  176.    the expiration date!
  177.  
  178. 3) When someone calls one of your operators for a validation be
  179.    sure that your operators handle the situation like this ...
  180.  
  181. Operator - "Account number please"
  182.  
  183. Frauder - "37XX XX XXXX XXXXX"
  184.  
  185. Operator - "Expiration Date"
  186.  
  187. Frauder - "Ahhh... 10/90"
  188.  
  189. Operator - "I'm sorry that account is invalid"
  190.  
  191. NOTICE that the operator did not say that the DATE was invalid.
  192. NOR did s/he say that the CARD NUMBER was invalid. S/he should
  193. not make a distinction to the person trying to get authorization.
  194. That way you always keep the frauder guessing...

  196. Frauder "Gee I wonder whether the expiration date is bad. Or is
  197. it the account number? Or is it both?"

  199. You see that is a great and cheap defense. Too bad AMEX is too
  200. damn ignorant to see it.
